goal: detachment, observation to achieve balance and/of thoughts. we assumed the connection between thoughts and emotions in s.g. today. she said that thoughts produce emotion. i say that thoughts enhance emotion. controlled thoughts would lead to some aspect of controlled emotion either way, being a direct connection.
but then insanity as a'physical disorder'
so the mental-physical divide has been shattered hundreds of times over, through the years.
thus a physical disorder causes uncontrollable thoughts, which, induce uncontrollable emotions, which constitutes insanity?
