LOL! Glad it arrived safe and sound, no doubt the gargs will be chuffed when they see it out of it's wrapping, and Gilbert might find it asking for damsel-flavoured crisps!

You're a star - thanks ever so much! (Something to complete one of your collections will be winging its way to you very soon...he said, mysteriously.)

And thanks, too, for the article. Ro's also very enthusiastic about both the subject matter and the venue, so we've added 'em to our itinerary for an upcoming jaunt!

LOL! I thought that with the article mentioning both Art and the Golden Dawn it would have something for both of you!
How's the new dragon on the block settling in??

Conflict at the Castle... sensaes December 7 2007, 22:31:34 UTC
I've had to put it under lock and key! Gilbert tried lifting it, and did himself a mischief (he's "resting" now, and not in the thespian sense of the word), and some sort of dispute erupted last night between Hugo and Grendel over who should have responsibility for it:

"Technically, it's a book, so it belongs in the Library, and that's my jurisdiction," said Hugo.

"I could very easily brain you with the thing, which makes it a weapon, and that makes it MY juris-dick-up-your-shon." replied Grendel.

Hugo got dangerously out-of-order at that point, and hollered across to the Armoury:

"'Shon' isn't even a proper word, you pathetic brute. I'm not just the gardener any more, you know, so don't go around threatening your betters."

Very ugly. Naturally, I stepped in at that juncture - mainly because they were beginning to drown out A Book at Bedtime on Radio 4:

"Now listen here, you chaps. Neither of you is taking specific functionality into account. It's very clearly, and above all else, a notebook. And you don't need me to tell ( ... )

Mmm...either that, or end up keeping social services departments in casework for decades.
