(no subject)
I should update...
Had an amazing weekend up at the yurt. Was taking an extraction course...unsure as to what extraction is and want to know, ask. Anyway, it was very intense and wore me out. Still catching up on my rest. Was in bed at 8:30 on Sunday night and 9 last night... that's a change from my 10 or 11pm business. I got to work with a great bunch of women though which was fun. There were 6 of us all together, 9 with the three 'instructors'. Several of the women I had seen before at either the crystal bowl meditations or the journey group session I went to a couple weeks ago. It was nice to get to know them on another level. Was also nice to find out that I apparently have a knack for that sort of stuff. Not sure I'll do any of it soon but all the same :) Was kind of hard to get back to work yesterday. I can't wait till they do an overnight journey group though...that would kick butt.
In other news... the afternoon is dragging and I found 2 white hairs yesterday...go me. I don't really mind... they're in a good location and aren't that coarse. I can't blame them on kids so I'm being silly and am saying that I got them over the weekend due to energy drain ... hehe...sorry :P
Back to work for me... choir tonight, then hopefully I can get a picture up in the office.
