I just gotta say in passing, seems to me words 'arranged in beautiful order' necessarily have to appeal to 'subjects of interest' to at least SOME of the citizenry, ie the reader of the moment. I don't think we percieve beauty in poetry unless that poetry is already speaking to existing schema of related concepts established to the point of easy access in our brains.
