trusting in him and bring filled with the spirit!
I have been struggling with how to go about doing the transition. I feel like I need to hide and defend why I'm doing it. When in actuality I know God's promise to me and I need to jump and believe that God will keep his promise and catch me! trust in him! I think it was the apostle Paul who put it so well in Romans 6:12-14 talking about the freedom fro sin threw Jesus.
• "That means you must not give sin a vote in the way you conduct your lives. Don't give it the time of day. Don't even run little errands that are connected with that old way of life. Throw yourselves wholeheartedly and full-time-remember, you've been raised from the dead!-into God's way of doing things. Sin can't tell you how to live. After all, you're not living under that old tyranny any longer. You're living in the freedom of God."
That means even if people don't agree. I know God will art it right. I just have to have faith. So I make plans to tell close friends and family what will happen. And trust that he'll work it out. Jump and thank God for catching me Cuz his word is as good and done!
I shouldn't be surprised everytime this happens. Where he speaks right through and into my soul and I can feel that light of Jesus spark within me again! It leaves me feeling humble and yet lifted high, so weak and get so strong I could take on a giant! So afraid and try comforted and unmove-able. Praise to the one living God through the name of Jesus Christ! I feel an energy in me, in my very bones and I want to run and scream his name at the top of my lungs! How do I control this without making it go out?
Oh how I wish to shared with you this joy I feel! But any words I used are only and microscopic piece of how I really feel. I would be speaking in tongues and making no sense if I were to use words to expressed how I feel. I pray one day if you have not felt this that you will know God in this way and feel as I do!
