An Optical Problem

First, I wish to apologize for not posting in a longtime. However, I had some vision problems in my right eye. We at first thought it was a detached retina. However, an Optimologist said it was not. I also had a Cat Scan of my brain to see if my diabetes did something. Zilch! Now what?

My problem is that my right eye has a diffused lower right corner of vision. I see floaters. Yet, in that field of area of my eye, it is hard to see. Any suggestions what it could be?
