So I've decided to assist with the planning and construction of OKC's season ending bash this year and we're beginning to look into venues, DJ's, food, alcohol, etc as of now. Does anyone here have an in for any of the categories named above? We're trying to save cash in any way possible so that we can put it towards other aspects to make it one

Hit up some clubs and see if they have any DJ's who roam through who look for gigs like that. I know of DJ's, but I don't know them.
As for alcohol, I say just have Tequila shots... all night. Now that's a party!

i sent you this via text, but you don't seem to be getting them lately. i would try the Holocene or the Wonder Ballroom for venues. if you could garuntee 300 bastards drinking their booze (so they make money) they might waive the rental fee. dj puppet is pretty fucking amazing. you can find her on my myspace profile. dj sappho is also brilliant. i haven't a clue what they charge, but at least that's some names.
