Haha. Well, technically this is correct, but he only did the voice of big Kero-chan. Little Kero-chan was voiced by Hisakawa Aya, who also did Sailor Mercury. :)
LOL! So much LOVELESS in Hetalia! And I totally just rewatched LOVELESS last week!

Actually, I think they were all in FMA...
I love making these connections. My silly little "Seven Actors Theory" actually started with anime (dub and then Japanese) voice actors because there's seriously only seven of them!
