incredible weekend!
ok timeline of great weekend:
FRIDAY
my birthday :)
i worked a short day then drove with steve down to boston to catch my flight to NYC. steve was also flying out to montana for a wilderness medicine conference and play time in the snow of the midwest
arrived at sofya's apt and had dinner, stayed up late talking
SATURDAY
sofya had to work, so i called tom and thea in LI. tom answered and said they were on their way to the hospital!!
i made several calls to friends to start the updating
called winie to see if she was around to hang out
went out to lunch with winie and brian
found out winie and sandra are both pregnant and due this summer!
met sofya at train station and brian and winie drove all of us to the hospital to see tom and thea and meet the new baby!!!
we met the beautiful baby boy and got to hold him, starting sofya's baby-craze ;)
stayed up late talking with sofya - good times :)
SUNDAY
we got up WAY too early to take the train to NJ for the shower
shower, had fun visiting with jen, erica, elizabeth, and victoria. also got to see odesh
odesh so very graciously offered to drive me to the airport, and sofya back to queens so we could avoid the hassle of public transporation one more time
flight to boston. wandered around logan's central parking garage in search of the car. i had the location, but that doesn;t help if you can't find the location... eventually found it and made it home safely, to be greeted by a very happy milo.
what a great weekend! i was so lucky to have such timing to be able to see everybody! i totally wasn;t expecting it!
it's so weird (but wonderful!) now that all my friends are starting to pop out the babies! let the new wave begin! :)
