one wish

when i was little, one of my favorite stories was called the journey in a book called mouse tails. it was about a mouse who goes on a long journey to visit his mother and ends up wearing through sneakers, rollerskates, and finally even his own feet. but luckily there is someone on the side of the road selling new feet. it's a very cute story.
right now i wish there was someone selling new backs.
