Tokyo Friend Park 2: 09/15/2008
Because I can't resist after finish watching this episode, which is, I assume, to promote the Ultraman movie. Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Mebius appear, as well as fake kaiju (Red King and Baltan).
Okay, I guess
Tokyo Friend Park 2 is another variety show, a la NEP League (reminds me that I still want to hunt down

I appreciate that you translate Igarashi's questions for me. I suppose I've caught only a few words and simply guessed the rest. ^^; And, yes, his second question seemed pretty unfair, then. The Nagano Olympics were held in 1998, so that's like ten years already. Hope they don't do this kind of thing often (ask unfair questions, I mean), since I've come to like this show.
I mean, I suppose it's better than general trivia at least?
Definitely. This is my favorite part of the show for that reason, that at least it asks more personalized questions to suit each

TFP is so much fun. Try hunting down the ROOKIES special too. They all show up, although only five of them do most of the games. There's a torrent up at d-addicts.com.
V6 showed up at TFP twice. I know they're both found at the same community. I haven't seen the older one, but their second appearance was very amusing. :D If you want spoilers, I'll happily recount it over the weekend. XD

ROOKIES special? I assume it's a TFP episode. Sure, I'll get it when I have a chance. (Though wonder how they are going to balance many people in the same show. But, yeah, five sounds like an ideal number to me.)
Oh, didn't think to check the comm, thanks. That was quite sometime ago (i.e. when I didn't have an LJ account) when I read about one of V6 appearances in TFP. And I appreciate your offer to recount spoilers. Though I would have to hold off reading until I've seen the show itself. ^^;;
EDIT: I mean, I'm interested in reading your thoughts, but only if you have the time and don't mind.

It was fun to see the kaiju and Tiga and Mebius.

American game shows are so boring in comparison.
Really? I think you're the second person I've seen to mention something along that line. Then again, I've never really watched American game shows other than Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, so I wouldn't know. (Only seen one or two episodes of a few other shows.) Anyway, I've read somewhere that there are plans to import this Japanese game show format to the US, so maybe there's still hope yet.
