sex is not inherently evil
casual sex is not "a part of the problem" if there is any problem
if there is a problem, it is caused by unsafe sex
porn does not inspire rape
rape almost never has anything to do with sexual desire or attractiveness, but with power and/or inebriation
sex and pornagraphy are not evil or bad or wrong. it's that kind of attitude that gives you men and women who are too afraid to engage with anyone because they've been taught since they were children that engaging in sexual contact is bad, when in all actuality, it's merely a part of life. a part of life that I personally believe should be rejoiced in.
people do stupid things like have unprotected sex.
people do bad things like get inebriated to the point where they don't understand the word no.
people do evil things like raping others for the sense power that it gives them.
that does not mean that the act or acts are inherently evil.
I'm sorry if this seems like an attack but in actuallity it's a defense. what was said is unfair, and I just wanted to say that.
I'm moved in (more or less) and classes start tomorrow. I still don't have my pay yet, albeit my books, which incidentally annoys the crap out of me. I don't have any of the books I need for class yet. Imagine that.
Anyway, it's getting late and I should finish cleaning and go to sleep.
