A combination of too much unused holiday time and cheap sleeper tickets mean that I'll be in Edinburgh for a whole (week)day (well 8am to 11pm approximately) at the end of the month. Bearing in mind that I'll be essentially limited to public transport what should I see, and what recommendations do people have about eateries (particularly breakfast!)?
