Yeah, I'll take it. Even though we HATES it. Though it's very likely that I would have spent the past three days sitting on my butt anyway...I would at least like the OPTION of going for a walk. Visiting some friends. True that half of my buds are abroad (and by abroad, I mean more than twenty minutes away), but still. There are others. There ARE others. *belches*
I watched Don Juan DeMarco with my mother today. All I need say is this: Johnny Depp, Spanish accent. Oh yeah, and Marlon Brando, but that kind of ruins more than it helps. I actually hated Brando's character, because he was just so giganomous, and there are scenes of him being tender with his wife. But seriously, Johnny Depp's character more than makes up for it. I have the DVD until midnight on Friday, if anyone wants to watch it with me/borrow it.
We played with veils tonight at belly dancing. I learned two things: 1) sheer fabric is heavier than it looks and 2) I am an unattractive human being. Honestly, my teacher is sixty years old, and she looks more graceful and womanly than I do. And she doesn't even have ESTROGEN anymore. Gah. I just keep telling myself, "she's been practicing this one move longer than you've been alive", and that makes me feel a little bit better. But not too much better.
We're going to watch Don Juan DeMarco again. But seriously, I'll watch it a third time with anyone who wants to. You know the digits.
