Um, hi. I'm a complete newcomer to the fandom and would love to have some Basara friends! I'm a bit nervous about posting this here (I hope it's okay to do so!), but I'm sure there are plenty of others who've only recently discovered the fandom and so I thought a friending meme would be a good idea. About Me: I'm a fangirl at heart, primarily a writer (trying to be an artist, but my drawing skills are rusty), college graduate floating along. Are you watching the anime?: Yessss.
Have you played the games?: No. I'm not savvy with importing titles, and I refuse to touch Devil Kings (what a travesty..).
Favourite Characters: DATE MASAMUNE (ogodjesuschrist). At a distant second place is Sasuke, followed by Yukimura's back. And I guess his face is alright, too.
Favourite Pairings: Masamune/Kojuuro ♥ And I'm a heathen that likes Sasuke/Kasuga and Shingen/Yukimura.

Other Fandoms: Devil May Cry, mainly. I dabble in others, but DMC is my main kick, apart from my new Basara craze.

Figured I should say a little more, as I tend to be a bit.. brief about myself (now scrolling through other posts, lol).

Journal Stuff: Sorry it is F-locked, but... In there, I've got a handful of fangirl!Basara entries lately*, but most of it is either random insight, random sketch!posts (as said, I dabble in drawing), and the occasional tl;dr ramble about something deeply personal (most people skip these entries, anyway 8D).
* One of said entries is a defensive short essay about my OTP. No kidding.

Fandom Stuff: A longer list of my fandoms is available under my LJ interests, but to put it concisely: I'm a Capcom ho, I love my DS but I'm not a big Nintendo kid, I worship the ground the Phoenix Wright series was programmed on, I enjoy a handful of anime but don't watch most mainstream shows (things like MSG00 and Code Geass do not hold my interest at all), I used to be a huge Naruto fan back in the day, and the first anime I ever loved was YuYu Hakusho

And yet there's so little appreciation for them. D: I kinda wish they didn't look so riduculous for more people to like them, but then that's also part of the reason WHY I ship them.
