Cosplayer pics + Interesteing stuff
HELLO EVERYONE!! 8D
I was introduced to the SB fandom by the game SB2, which I played two years back and I fell in LOVE with the game. Back then, the fanbase was pretty small so it quickly cooled down because I could only find very little things about it online.
Recently, after the release of the anime, I got in touch with it again and fell in love all over again xDD
So I'm actually a long time lurker finally DELURKING because of a few interesting things that I must share~!
First up, I noticed a lack of cosplayer pics here, and so I dug up my stash to find this dusty thing sitting in the far corners of my computer database.
So, these are from the Comic Fiesta 2008. These were taken rather hastily because I had to leave by then.
YUKIMURAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
And the Basara cast!! I like the Sasuke alot 8D
Sadly, I missed the Basara group at Comic Fiesta 2009 (They went on the first day, I went on the second day)
And THIS COSPLAYER (his site here) from a cosplay site called CURE
Is very smexy is very very ACCURATE 8D
He has cosplayed Yukimura AND Masamune. His Yukimura cosplays are public, but (sadly) the Masamune ones are locked. Anyway you can still see the thumbnails pretty clearly. More HERE.
Now for the Interesting stuff.
Every Sunday, the local newspaper will have a section titled 'OtakuZone' and it does the usual anime info stuff.
But the news is kind of slow, and they usually review the really really mainstream stuff, so I usually just skim through the section to see what did I miss the past week or so.
This morning, I read it while eating my breakfast, and I saw a review for new stuff coming in 2010, and I never expected to see Basara listed (its never happened before gasp), but here's what 'outside people' think of our beloved SB fandom.

Lastly. I went to Singapore a couple of weeks back and while elders were shopping at Takashimaya, me and my cousins wandered off to the Gundam section and we found THIS
Somewhat revelant to Basara .
Well hey thar Yukimura, didn't know you had horns xDD
On a completely different sidenote but still revelant to Basara, in my school, I'm on the BLUE team and my sister is in the GREEN team xDD
And my best friend is in the RED team, and my sister's best friend is in the RED team too 8D
IT MUST BE FAAAAAAAAAAATE !!!!
