Sister would be a better description for Rikku than cousin. She is Yuna's best friend and closest confidant. Her arrival in Death City did more for Yuna's mood than anything else that's happened, and her adjustment to life there improved dramatically. She sometimes get uncomfortable due to her meddling and antics, but she loves her dearly, and could not be happier to have her around.
Auron

Yuna did not become close to Auron until he joined her pilgrimage. She knew the tales that she'd heard about his travels with her father and Jecht, but he had disappeared along with the others when Sin was defeated. His reappearance in her life, along with Jecht's son, felt like something close to fate when it happened.
Now, Yuna sees Auron as something of a father figure, albeit a stern and very quiet one. She respects him immensely for his service and sacrifice, though she wishes that he could have had a better life. She hopes that she can help be a part of the one that he finds in Death City.

Love Interest/Friend/Zone Leader
Other than Shibusen faculty, Vergil was the first person Yuna talked to after arriving in Death City. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Watch, Vergil was promoted to Zone Leader, and Yuna had a new boss. He's been a great help in getting Yuna used to the workings of the city, and although she isn't quite sure what he really thinks of her because of his cool attitude, she's developed a definite crush on him. She's finally been able to admit it to herself, but there are other complications in the way.
Now that other residents of Death City have been taken home by BREW, she's scared that she'll be left behind again, or worse, that she'll do it to someone else. That fear is keeping her from moving forward, along with the assumption that she'll never be important to Vergil in the way that he's important to her.
Shibuya Yuuri
Kyou Kara Maou!
Friend/Partner
Shibuya Yuuri is the best partner Yuna could have ever possibly found. They get along famously, agreeing on almost everything, and their resonance from the get go was impressive. It's been a long time since she's clicked with someone so easily, as opposed to being kind and friendly, and she sees Yuuri as the little brother she never had (never mind that he's taller than her). She worried about him, though, since she has to bring him into the middle of battles, but he's a strong boy and she knows that as long as she does whatever she can to protect him, everything will turn out okay.
