Lie to me
Guess what? Found myself a new Dr. House.
Cal Lightman from TV series "Lie to me", played by Tim Roth.
Tim Roth (he's English). First notable appearance to me in "Four rooms". My fav part, kids should really stay away from this, I warned you:
Second- that caught my eye, couldn't take my eyes off ever since, "Legend of 1900", based on the book by Alessandro Baricco:
Okey, back to the point.
Dr. Lightman is an expert on body language, he's having his private business and is helping the authorities with crime investigations. Observing people facial expreccions, grins and jestures, etc, etc. An observer, a perfect psychologist, a man who'd take your lie as a priviledge to annoy you until he finds out the truth. "Everybody lies!", huh? Hellooooo, Dr. House!
He's got a crew too. Lookie:
That beauty on the right is Dr. Gillian Foster, played by American actress Kelli Williams. She's hot, and she likes Haagen Dazs ice-cream (first Q&A). Just like Johnny Weir. Okey, he likes a different flavour, but does it really matter? I like her, even more for that ice-cream choice. BTW- you should check that interview of hers, it's of 2001, but I really loved reading it, she's really cool and funny.
I just watched the first episode of "Lie to me", loved it, hope the rest that continues lasts in being as interesting and maybe even exciting. Let's hope for it.
And here is the final song from the pilot episode which made this whole drama lot more attractive to me. Guess I have a thing to this kind of music:
That was Aqualung, "Easier to lie". Reminded me of the early Keane (they are English). By music/sound/mood.
