i havent read much taolay myself, at least not bandfic, but they seem like one of those pairs that i wouldnt be able to do an au of. like idk their actual relationship seems a little bit too complicated to try and place it somewhere else? maybe that doesnt make sense idk

But anyway, I never paid the thought about how TaoLay might be and then when you said they were kinda 'mean' to each other and shoved each other and teased each other... you know, that really does work ._. mostly because Yixing is so gentle and almost motherly with everyone else, and everyone coddles and loves Zitao, that it almost cancels out so that they go at each other. I really like it! ^A^

Also the little lap-face-stroking-thing made me coo~ ♥ it was so just, ah, feels

it came from literally nowhere rofl like 30 minutes and im like meh i guess i could post. aka me avoiding everything, yey!

i love their dynamic tbh. they act like such lil shits to each other but i feel like they would be the most likely to have that sort of silent comfort thing going. like they know each other well enough that not much really /has/ to be said, but yet i still see taozi gettin pissy about it sometimes (because when is the maknae ever not pissy, just in general.... at least in my head idk)
