Case of the Mondays?!?!? *stab*
Customer comes in complaining that ever since he installed a new hdd in his machine, his machine doesn't work...
How do I explain to him that he didn't actually connect any of the drives to the logic board, that he plugged all his drives into each other, then he plugged in two additional cables to the logic board, which of course aren't connected to anything else...without making him feel like an idiot.
Other than that, I want to torture who ever decided it was a good idea to have Phil Collins for their hold music...
