So... life... lately...
1. School: I'm getting a new student and a new half-day student. Halfway through the school year... V.v;;; I'm excited for new kids... but it's a little daunting trying to fit them in and know where they are at... Go me!
2. Writing: So I've been a bit more serious about my writing lately... I've gotten into writing an actual novel Kenshou of Solopsism - and it's about 25 thousand words now. A real baby. I've also gotten into writing 1001 Nights... for those who are still interested in that...
3. Vacation: What with Spring Festival going on and stuff, I hied myself off for some traveling and meeting with friends. My favourite part was hanging out with friends of all kinds and shopping for new clothes and tons of books. :) I bought like 5 shirts and 3 skirts and 2 pants and new shoes. :) This is great! Since my clothing had so gotten old like a year ago!
Hong Kong is just tooo awesome that way! I was able to catch a show - "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief" which was great and quite fun. The audience was all on the same level, so we enjoyed it together.
Another awesome part was meeting up with Michiru, Anna and Wendy. It was great to see that they are still doing well. Anna seemed to be having a great time eying the electronics, Wendy bought a razzmatazz dress that will make eyes pop wherever she goes... and Michiru was rather ill, coughing up a lung a large part of the time.
A part of me felt rather sad, as I walked away... wishing I could spend more time - when time is what I didn't have much of. v.v;;;
4. Book Buying: I feel this is a whole different topic. Because I bought a load as usual... But... I just could NOT resist!
> Young Men in Spats by P.G. Wodehouse
> Foundation by Isaac Asimov
> Rogue Squadron by Michael Stackpole
> Wedge's Gamble by Michael Stackpole
> The Book and the Sword by Louis Cha
> Clash of the Galleons by Paul Stewart
> Endless Nights by Neil Gaiman
> Faces of Fire by Michael J. Friedman
> The Dark Tower by Stephen King
> Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones
> The Quiet Gentleman by Georgette Heyer
> How to Speak Dragonese by Cressida Cowell
and 2 Jane Blonde books
That's not including all the books I bought at the book fair - or the books I ordered on Amazon... *is bad* But I can't resist. I'm dying for the stuff. I recommend "The Book and the Sword" (by Cha), "Wings" (by Lethcoe) and "Endless Nights" (by Gaiman)
5. Anime/Manga: I've been catching up on that stuff lately, which is great mainly: Trinity Blood, Loveless, Hellsing and Bleach. As for watching stuff... I want to catch up on Bleach, FMA and Hetalia, if possible. As well as Hellsing! :P WOOT!
6. D: Who thinks
Asagi's new samurai look... is hot?
P.S. MY MP3 SURVIVED WATER ON IT! IT IS A BUSHIDO MP3!!!!!!!!!!!! SO HAPPY!
