5 - the floods recede
The water has disappeared.
It stopped raining a couple of days ago, but the floods stayed on. I supposed that was because the drains were clogged or something, which made sense. In a run-down city like this, you'd expect debris.
Today the entire area is bone dry. I checked for water marks - there were none, and there definitely should have been. Hell, I saw them.
If the Church is behind this, what's the purpose in turning the city into a giant cesspool and then changing it back? It's like they can't make up their minds.
