Wisdom for the road

We learn at an early age nothing in life is free.
Through making goals we strive to reach them--
Sometimes we succeed, and often not.
It's the fire that burns deep inside our souls
that keeps us going on our journey through time.
Along our journey we meet many people.
Some will leave their mark as some, are seldom remembered.
Through experiences learned and sometimes taught--
Each road intersects, becoming crossroads in the fabric of life.
Memories are made which leave permanent marks in our mind.
The imprints left behind helps us choose the next path--
be it right or wrong, they are our choices to make.
Never give up or lose sight of what's important to you.
May your personal journey through life be filled with love,
happiness and many cherished memories.
