Voice Post Question

May 17, 2006 09:31

Hey, is anyone familiar with how the Voice Posting works? There are no numbers outside of the US (ie: in Canada), and I wondered if I could call one of them anyway? Would that work? Or do you have to be within the area of any given number? We get free long distance to anywhere in north america, so it wouldn't be a problem for me as long as it

I have no idea. I would think you can do it from anywhere. The numbers, I assume, are to keep people from having long distance charges.

As far as I know, wherever you live, you just call the US number closest to you. In my case, it's the Maine number @.@ but yeah, you should be able to use any of them theoretically. Sucks that they don't offer it outside the US, but I guess there's reasons for it...

*looks at LJ*

*looks at her shiny new phone*

*looks at the 400-free-to-anywhere-minutes she gets each month*

... uh oh.
