Quandries.
Okay. I start work at 10:00 every night, which means that I get up between 8 and 8:30 so I have enough time to get ready and not have to rush about it. But on Thursdays, CSI is on at 9:00. Which is fine. I get up, have my shower, and turn on the TV while I muck around with my hair (it's three feet long and a pain in the ass sometimes), so I can watch it... except.
I have to leave about 9:45 to get to work on time (assuming I take a cab, which I normally do), so every Thursday when they play the new episode of CSI on channel eight, I get to watch all of it--except the last 10-15 minutes. >_<;;
This is not working out for me. =_=;
Also, I think I'm going to start walking to work... or home from work. If I only take a cab once a day, it'll cost me $235 (or so) dollars less each month to get to/from work. It's about an hour walk there/back, depending on the weather and if I actually walk or if I kind of meander.
So... do I want to get up an hour early to walk to work (which would mean missing CSI entirely...), or do I want to walk home after doing a seven-to-nine-ish hour shift on my feet?
Hmm...
But I mean, hell, if I walked both ways, it'd save me almost $500 a month, so maybe I should just do that...

Exile's Valor by Mercedes Lackey, so I have to email that to Mom today. ^^; I tend to procrastinate over my list... but they do need it, especially since my birthday is January 3rd, so this is kind of relating to that, too.
There's a CSI companion book, I'm told, but I don't remember exactly what it's called or who it's by, so it's not on my list. I want it anyway. =P Of course. ^_~
And I heard today that Chris Cummings is putting out a Greatest Hits CD, which he's calling "Songs That Made Me The Most Money". *gigglesnort* That makes me laugh... >^-^;;
