Another Long Day
Work was just as hectic as day before. Everyone wants to pull me in all directions. Only got 32 oz of water down today. I am sill working on it.
I had Dr. Atkins bar for breakfast;
Summer Sausage and cheese for lunch.
Small piece of low carb cheese cake.
And water.
There was a lot of food at work, chocolate and sweets. But didn't eat any. Another package came today from California. Again Candy. I'll give to Grandma and the Grandsons. But it is not good for them either. I'm off to bed. Have to Baby sit triplets tomorrow. Not much time again. Hope the scale moves in the morning.
