Been Sick
I haven't been writing because I've been sick. A sinus infection. I have stayed on my diet and have lost again. I went down to 145.5 lbs. Last night I tried the new Keto pasta. I put the Five Brothers Alfredo sauce on it with cut up roasted chicken. I was pretty good. The pasta is a little tasteless but it could be my sinuses too. Things don't taste right. At least I felt I was eating something. LOL I go to Doctor this morning. We will let you know how it turns out.
