For most of the book, I found that it paled in comparison to the movie. However, that reaction was completely turned around by the end of it, when I realized it ended in exactly the way I wished the movie had. It was a thing of beauty. Although parts of it felt a little young-ish, you can never go wrong with a werewolf romp.
