[It's a good thing that Robert has absolutely no idea that Giles feels this way. Hell, as far as he was aware, Giles was a very nice boy! A bit loud, but very nice... and mistreated by his parents.]

[Somehow, it's easier to accept from Giles. Perhaps because he doesn't feel he can have false pride around the other man... it's harder to lie to a friend.]
