Pixies
So I went in to work at 8:00 this morning only to find out there's no clinic. Therefore, a day off. I guess I'm not complaining.
I went to see the Pixies last night. Mixed feelings. On one hand, they are the Pixies. Likely I'll not have the opportunity to see them again.
On the other hand, bad venue. Bad sound. The guitarist has less rhythm than I do. And aside from the few Pixies songs I know and like, they have an astonishing number of astonishingly bad songs. Really bad.
Not worth $40.
But at least I can say I've seen them.
