Metroid Other M came out today! I just got back from picking up my copy. Along the way I got a letter saying I didn’t get a job I was hoping to get…so I’m back at square one.

In honor of the new Metroid game, which I’m going to sit down and play just as soon as I wrap up this post, I whipped up a piece of fan art! Unfortunately my brush-pen died right as I was finishing my line art, and it’s not quite ready for show yet. Above is a quick preview to keep you guessing, and I’ll have the finished piece go up tomorrow. I’ll probably stream as I work with it in Photoshop so keep your eyes peeled!
