Physical Therapy went okay this morning. The therapist put the little electrodes on and gave me the controller. She then placed an ice pack on top of it and might I say.....OMG COLD COLD COLD.
I was instructed to turn up the electrodes until it was really noticeable but still comfortable. As the ice numbed everything, I had to turn it up even more. O.O Needless to say, an interesting day and now I need to find an ice bag to use at home. *whines* I don't have an icemaker. Guess I'll just have to buy a bag of ice until I don't need it anymore.
