Hahaha--actually, I think part of the reason why I do it this way is just because line drafts confuse me. It's just. I can't get past the fact that I'm trying to portray a three-dimensional shape in two dimensions when I'm drafting with lines. This way, I'm keeping myself fooled the whole way through :B

When I was kicking back into gear, lines were helpful as boundaries on big blocks o' gelatin. Downside is that blocks of gelatin aren't so hot for dynamisc, so I switched to ovoids... mostly. Ah, perspective. It's aaaalways shifting. Must practice moar. \o/

I love hands, they're just so spatial. I think I never really understood how to draw legs and arms until I figured this out.
