(no subject)
So last Thursday I received a call at around 8:00. It was one of my former co-werkers, a gentleman in a lead position when I left. He asked me if I had heard anything from WB in the last couple of weeks. I said "Nope." He then went on to explain to me that he was pretty sure I'd get a call soon but still had to confirm etc and that he would call me back later when he was actually allowed to tell me things. I get a call on Friday saying, yes, I am going to go back, they just need the folks down in California to approve me now. Sweet. Good news.
On Saturday, I get a text from another co-werker who does improv down in seattle, telling me that he comped me that night. I change some plans, and head down there. No big surprise there was alot of people from work there. The conversation went like this: THEM: "So I hear you're coming back next week?" ME: "I think?" Confusion aside, that is a good sign.
Today is Wednesday, and I still have not received any call, email, txt, chat or tweet informing me when I can start making the monies. I am more than a little irritated right this moment.
