I've actually had a good afternoon - fairly productive, and had a great couple of phone calls.  I had a customer tell me that he typically doesn't like "Software People" but that he really likes me.  I didn't have the heart to tell him I don't feel like I'm much of a "software" person.  But maybe I really am and I just don't know it.  The same guy also told me that he usually talks to one of my co-workers, but that I'm more fun and he'd rather talk to me.  I say what's wrong with having fun as long as I am doing my job?  Sometimes I think people take support calls too seriously.  If I laugh with a customer they realize that I'm a person, too - not just a voice on the end of a phone line.

Also, the floor is really starting to progress now, and I think we will get most of it done this weekend.  double-yay!
