Challenge 2007: Are you In???

I'm going to make this easy for all of us.  It's starts on the 2nd for months with 31 days.  Starts on the first for months with 30 days and that includes February.  The challenge will be the same each month for 2007.  Pick YOUR winning combination.

Beginner's Luck:

1.  500 total Push-ups and/or Squats.  Work your arms and/or your ass, your pick.  This is roughly 17 a day for 30 days.  If you're doing both, you split the 17.
2.  500 Cardio minutes.  I'll repost what constitutes a cardio minute in another post.  30 4x a week, 25 5x a week, or 20 minutes 6x a week.
3. 1,500 crunches.  You have to work the belly. 50 crunches a day, baby.

Fit to be Fabulous:

4. 1,000 total push-ups and/or squats:  Roughly 34 a day for 30 days.
5. 1,000 Cardio minutes: This is roughly 60 minutes 4x a week, 55 minutes 5x a week or 50 minutes 6x a week.
6. 3,000 Crunches: 100 crunches a day.

Advanced rotation:

7. 2,000 total push-ups and/or squats. Roughly 68 a day for 30 days. 
8. 2,000 Cardio minutes. Roughly 90 minutes 26 days of the month. 
9. 6,000 crunches:  200 a day, every day.

RIP YOU UP/RYU
10.  5,000 push-ups or squats. This is 167 a day for 30 days.
11. 5,000 cardio minutes.  Roughly 170 minutes a day.
12. 10,000 crunches.  334 crunches a day.

Additional challenge 8 glasses of water a day.  Track it every day.

My combo this month...
4, 8 and 9, though I'm going for a combo of 500 push-ups and 500 extra squats.  I'm working towards a full RYU rotation by March.
