I usually don't translate jweb content because it's paid subscription content from J&A itself, but I made an exception today because the content of Yamada's jweb was heavier than usual.
Basic gist was he asked fans to mind their manners and be considerate of others, as he witnessed people acting violently towards staff members when he was at a movie promo event today.

Today I participated in a campaign for a movie I’m in.
While [at this event], it was really only a portion of fans, but I was shocked by their poor manners.
If I were to say it, I’m a talent and a commodity.
I exist because of my fans. To a degree, I think there’s [troublesome] things that can’t be avoided.
However, today.
I saw a staff member who was standing close to me, a member of my staff, get treated violently by fans.
I call them staff, but they are also members of the community.
If someone working near me gets hurt, I think of that as my fault.
It’s because if I wasn’t there, this kind of incident wouldn’t have happened.
It was such a shocking thing…
It hurts to make this kind of announcement in a setting where there’s many fans who are just purely supporting me, but…
For me, this is the only place where I can tell all of you this so I wrote about it here..
In this way, talents are fighting with many factors and gradually getting their hearts eaten away…this is how someone’s soul gets broken…I strongly felt that at the start of today.
I’d like people to mind their manners.
I know many people are conscientious about that, and I’m truly grateful to the fans who always support me. Thank you.
To the portion of fans with bad manners. Following [the talents] when we’re travelling, and showing up at the accommodations we’re staying at is a nuisance to the general public.
Please stop it.
