I'm studying for my Biology Midterm.
At the end of the chapter on Evolution, antibacterial soap is discussed. It basically says, that anti-bacterial soap will only kill the weak bacteria (unless you wash for longer than a minute), and thus you end up with the much stronger bacteria still lingering on your hand and at the sink. They then continue to reproduce and next time you go to the sink, you'll only pick up more of them.
That's gross. I use antibacterial soap(on my hands AND on my dirty dishes), so now I feel all gross. yuckyyyy. I guess that's why the labels always say "kills 99% of germs."
