I have been sick the last week. I am getting better, but gods I am sick of cranberry juice. And tissues......my nose hurts...bu tthat is why I have not posted much in the way of updates...blah....I feel like crap and I have to work tonight...luckily it's only five hours..I can survive that...my hours are for shit this week, but oh well, I'll live...
I am however going to be looking for a different job, cause this one...sucks...just....sucks....and truth is, even though I am glad to be cooking for real, I want to really have a challenge. High end restaurant.....or...love of my life...a bakery...god I wanna bake....it's like magic for me....yeast water sugar flour salt olive-oil...and you have something so good..........It's like a subtle alchemy...change one nuance and you have something amazing that you've never experienced before....Like adding hazelnuts to a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie like one of my favorite places does.... changes it utterly into something classy and exquisite...but with that childhood nostalgia still there.....yeah...I need a baking job...
