News 2.0
1.) THE LANDLORD CUT OUR FOLIAGE DOWN! To put a long story short, we now have half a tree, half-inch long grass, and some really pitiful bushes. We didn't have a whole lot of say in it. On the plus side, the mulch from our tree and bushes was used in brand new shapely flowerbeds all around our house. Once we're sure that no one's going to get pissed at us for planting there, and we're sure that it's not going to let water get in under our house, it will be a nice touch. After everything grows back anyway.
2.) I got three cavities filled. I talked like an idiot for several hours, and was pretty much a walking, talking cockblock. Oh well. Went to Nick's house today after the dentist, and he made me chocolate mousse. It made me happy inside.
3.) I'm going to bed now. Yesterday I was awakened around eight by chainsaws destroying my yard, and today I was awakened about the same time by my dad hammering at an Ikea shelf. Yay for a good night's sleep tonight?
