Alive
Hello all,
Just a quick post to confirm that yes, I am alive and (mostly) well. (Hello LadyNaruda!)
I have a new job (at the same library branch) I'm a "Children's Programs and PSA"
Translation: I do storytimes and work in the children's dept. half the time, and work at the adult desk the other half.
On the downside, I am a little busier, and the City has really cracked down on what we can do on the computers at work. :( On the upside, the union has convinced the City that it wasn't fair that people taking registration for pool passes were getting paid more than people helping with research etc. and we've gotten a bit of pay equity. (With retro-active pay.)
So, I'm looking to get a laptop, which will make posting from home easier. (No brothers to compete with) and will let me play my online game.
