I'm bored and having a hard time going to sleep, so here's the meme everyone is doing on the flist.

Give me a character from any fandom I know at least fairly well, and I will tell you:

Adult!Gil

A) Gilgamesh/Saber. Even though it's one sided and... possessive at an unhealthy level, I find it interesting mainly because of the huge contrast of personalities the two have with one another.

B) Gilgamesh/Rin. I blame the Gilgamesh vs Rin doujin entirely for this.

C) No Kotomine. I don't care if you're a catholic PRIEST. It's not going to happen. Ever.

D) He... really IS the King of Carelessness. His arrogance is not only his strength (and well deserved because, holy shit. It's Gilgamesh!) but it's also a huge weakness for him which is how he was defeated by Saber, Shirou and Sakura. Ea is a strong weapon but he didn't count on Avalon to nullify his attack completely until it was too late and get Excaliboned, Shirou... I'd rather not get into this because I will never stop. But it's mainly because of Shirou's plot armor unlimited and instant projection is what gave him the upper edge on that fight and Gil had his big gun brought out at the start but he was too busy showing off and refused to be serious to a faker. And Dark Sakura... well, anyone can expect something being GoB'd to death would be enough but Gil is the kind of guy who wouldn't even leave a body behind. That was his own fault. However, even with his arrogance being his downfall, it is still well placed with his ability to use any Noble Phantasm at their origin form and still do just as much damage and he has more and more to use. He is just a typical snooty rich guy who thinks he can do whatever he wants and whenever he wants.

E) Gilgamesh will hate those fakers FOREVER. They are a blemish of the world and should be snuffed out of existence for even daring to copy his treasures to be used against him.

d) ...that's unpopular opinion? XD;;; i p.much agree with everything and lol that's probably like stuff that we BOTH wrote for our apps, and maybe I'm biased cause i played him too, but it sounds totally logical to me. :|b

e) i hate the japanese for the ability to draw any pairing, no matter how absurd, pretty and /fate/ for getting me to /popcorn.gif at the terrible idea of archers hatesex /)________(\

If you want a truthful unpopular opinion, I'd say UBW is so much full of crap in that fight that Gil should have won. But eh, King of Carelessness.
