Here's a very interesting and astute comparison and contrasting of Clerks and Harold and Kumar. I believe you'll really enjoy reading it. It's not even a featured piece of writing, just someone's comment on slate.com's bulletin board. That elevates it a lot in my opinion. I don't know anything about the writer and of course this could have appeared before elsewhere.
