RUDE AWAKENiNG. the SECOND time around.

I now firmly believe that if you do something bad or wrong, God will punish you. ARGH.
So we all know that I skipped uni today.
Okay, maybe not ALL of us... My 'rents didn't know. haha.
And whats sux, is I didn't even get to catch up on sleep. argh. maybe tomz.
MY DAY:
- woke up @ 6AM.
- dropped my mom to work.
- watched 2 movies when I got home (Love Me Again & Sydney White) *side track: the guy that plays TYLER PRINCE-- I'd totally tap him haha*
- ate ate ate. -- I even made my lunch the night before and just ate from there and put it in my bag when I left to make it more realistic LOL.
- took a shower.
- made sure that I'd left the house exactly the way it was when my 'rents left so they wouldn't know I was around all day LOL.
- then drove off to Brimbank shopping centre where I'd kill time until I had to go pick my mom up.
and THAT'S WHERE IT HAPPENED.
Ever had a "Road slippery when wet moment?"
I can now say that I HAVE.
This time, on my own. With no one else in the car.
It flashed back to me today, one time when I was younger-- my dad and I just came from St. Andrews church and we were going to my tita's house... The round about near the Petrol Station is where it happened. It was raining and the roads were wet.
As my dad turned right going around the round about, our car swirved 360 degrees. And our car (co-incidentally, the Rodeo) ended up swirving to face the cars that were coming along. Luckily enough, the car behind us was my tita's car... And no one got hurt, and no damage was done.
I'd always think about that day when ever I go passed round abouts and what not...... But I never thought it would haunt me again.
It was a cold day today.
Cold and WET.
I was innocently driving until I got to this round about near ummm.. Brimbank Gardens I think is the estate. Anyhoo..
Like normal, I checked to see if there were any cars coming my way and there was one.
He was an old guy and he was going UBER SLOW.
I was like *awww.. how cute he's driving with extra care coz it's wet & the roads are slippery.*
As soon as he drove past, it was my turn.
I was driving along with another car at my left side- a small red car is all I can remember.
Half way around the round about- my car SWIRVED. I LOST CONTROL.
It swirved RIGHT,
then LEFT and almost HIT THE CAR NEXT TO ME.
Luckily enough, the car was driving fast so I JUST missed it.
I quickly gained control over my car again and I was just in SHOCK.
But I kept driving, trying not to think about what had just happend. I got to Brimbank shopping centre looking for shoes I'd found in a magazine, only to find that they were all out of stock. ARGH. So I ended up just eating at Hungry Jacks.
I drove to Williamstown Hospital with fear that it might happen again, therefore taking even MORE EXTRA care-- especially at round abouts.
I never told my parents- because I know what they'd say. They get angry and say "we told you to drive carefully, ESPECIALLY WHEN WET"
And now, when I close my eyes, I can see it all happening again. I can feel my whole body swirving just like my car,
to the Right,
to the Left.
And then I'm taken back to the present.
It's the closest I'd ever come to a car accident.
I never wanna drive in the rain again. EVER.
