I've noticed that every time I write an LJ about some new guy I've met, that I MIGHT like. . .
It goes UBER wrong.
So. . .
At the risk of ruining every single chance there is between ME & HIM by writing this LJ . . .
I met someone.
Today, at Church. At Enjoy!Church in Sunshine . . . *Sisbo, remember when we first met MY VERITY? That place =)*
It's where Arianne & Ate Apryl have been going to Church lately and they decided to bring me along.
Ever since the first time Arianne went there, she kept telling me about a friend she wanted to intro to me.
And two weeks ago he saw a pic of me on her phone and said I looked like his Ex. LOL- I have a twin?
So ever since then he's been "intrigued by me".
I met him today.
His name's EMIL.
Filo.
20yrs old.
Moved here Jan 2008.
And he couldn't even look me in the eye. HAHAHA.. Am I that intimidating?
I met him after church because he & Arianne came late. All he said was HI.
Not even a handshake, just a quiet HI.
I met his cousin too, his name is GENE. Yep, as in DNA. LOL
He shook my hand =)
They toured me around the place and we went to the Church Library where my Ate bought me a "Princess Bible"- it looks like a diary, but it's a Bible and it's soooo cute. It's light purple with sparkles =) wooties.
Now, on the way to the Library and while we were in it-- Emil was already talking to Arianne about me. She kept teasing us and would tell Ate Apryl what he said, but not me. Talk about being LEFT OUT! lol..
After that we went to Mambos at Sunshine Plaza for lunch. Where we bumped into Krisha/Kristine Ciara/KC (July's Ex), with some friends.
Every question that Emil had for me, Arianne would ask. hahaha..
And I would answer- looking at Emil but Arianne would say that it was HER that wanted to know--- and then repeating what I said to Emil.. hahahaha.
UBER SHY?
Kinda reminds me of EMILY -- lol even the NAME. hahaha.
So after not talking in the two-three hours we were at Mambos, I thought that was where it would end (not that it started or anything.. Ayaw nya eh! hehehe)
We all went home- and I forgot about it.
I randomly thought about him while brushing my teeth LOL and I went online...
At 11pm, my phone rang. Now, usually- my phone is SILENT because no one ever txts me anymore..
And I saw that it was a txt from an unknown number. . . I was like "it's emil. . . "
Surprise surprise, it was. He was just saying that he asked Arianne for my number and that he was sorry he was so shy, and he didn't know why he couldn't even look me in the eye, and that he was glad he met me. . . Awwww.
So he's been txting since then. I've told him to go to sleep coz he has work today, but he said that he didn't want to because he was txting me. HAHAHA... And he finds me "interesting" and that he hopes that he can get to know me better.
I asked him when his bday is and he said April 30, then asked me when mine was- and that if it was coming up, he'd buy me a gift.. WOOOOT! Too bad it's already passed ey?
I jokingly said he can make it up to me by buying me a Xmas gift, and he actually said he would.. Awww.. Score!
MY VERDICT: He seems NICE enough. Though, he really is uber shy. But Arianne says he's not usually like that.. Hehehe.. I'd say he's CUTE, but then I don't even remember.. Hahaha.. I never got the chance to take a good look at him because we didn't even talk!
I like him as a person.
I want to get to know him more.
And, that's as far as I see things going for now.
Thank God it's not one of those "yep, he's hot. I want him" feelings- Like I felt with FC and CJ and Kristjan.
Miss Camie likes the attention she's getting =)
