Trying to get my journal in order, here, so now will be keeping my app under a post and not in Wolfram's profile.
Series your character's from: Kyou Kara Maou! (/Kyo Kara Maoh!)
Background info on your character: (Note: Kyou Kara Maou! gained its popularity in its stages as a fansub more than as a dub, so some character names and proper nouns have various spellings or are interchangeable with the Japanese nouns among the fan populace, such as the country Wolfram is from. As I use mostly the Japanese nouns, I refer to the kingdom as "Shin Makoku" instead of "New Makoku" or some variant, for example. Sorry if this drives you crazy looking up info on the series, if you so choose to do. ^^;)
ANYWAY, Wolfram von Bielefeld is the 82-year-old third son of the former Maou (Demon King [or, in this case, Queen]) of Shin Makoku, a kingdom of demons whose world, to my knowledge, does not have a name. All we know is that it's a parallel world to Earth, though very few things are similar between the two. Anyway, being the youngest son of the 26th Maou Cäcilie von Spitzberg (known to most as "Cheri"), he is fairly used to getting what he wants and at the beginning of the series is a horribly spoiled brat (and is also passionately racist towards humans). So when our wonderful protagonist and half-human Shibuya Yuuri gets (literally) flushed down a toilet and ends up in Shin Makoku, destined to become the 27th Maou, Wolfram has some choice opinions about the human side of Yuuri's lineage. Namely, his mother. So, in front of everyone in the main cast, Wolfram stands up at the dinner table and begins tirading about the idiocy of having such a wimpy, half-human Maou, whose mother is probably just some hussy with no morals and even less worth. This proves to be a bad idea, as Momma's Boy Yuuri abruptly stands up and smacks Wolfram across the face. The left cheek to be exact.
Yuuri, not privy to Shin Makoku's customs, does not realize what he's done until he has already refused to take the action back. It is then revealed that, as is the country's custom, Yuuri had just asked for Wolfram's hand in marriage by slapping the noble across the left cheek. Wolfram, furious, challenges Yuuri to a duel via another country custom, which, again, Yuuri is completely oblivious of and accepts by accident. Of course. However, the next day, by some small tricks of his own, Yuuri is still able to win the duel, though Wolfram, even more livid than before, is wont to accept that. Wolfram then pulls his unfair trump card, using his fire majyutsu (durr, magic, which can only be used in Shin Makoku, mind you, with the exception of the Maou) to attack Yuuri. This backfires, and he accidentally injures a maid with a runaway spell. This pisses Yuuri off, triggering the first appearance we see of the actual Maou, Yuuri's alter ego that weilds incredibly powerful (usually water-element) majyutsu, is calm, stoic, and is obsessed with the concept of justice. So, of course, Wolfram is even beaten in this duel, and after seeing the Maou he holds some higher respect for Yuuri from then on, even if he doesn't show it outwardly. This lost duel is the point at which Wolfram begins to soften up a bit, most of his rough and bratty tendencies mostly being used to cover up insecurities and hurt feelings rather than for the sole sake of being selfish. Wolfram also very quickly falls in love with Yuuri (he even says it himself several times, so I guess it's ''canon" :P), and is quick to get on Yuuri's case when the Maou is caught talking to any pretty woman (or man!), chucking anything at hand and yelling the word "CHEATER!" fairly often. Sometimes, however, he is merciful and instead just stomps very hard on Yuuri's foot. Heh, how kind of you, Wolfram. In either of these situations, Wolfram is always sure to remind Yuuri that Wolfram is his fiancé, and therefore, Yuuri should stop being such a skirt-chaser and just remain faithful.
Wolfram's favorite word is "henachoko", or "wimp" - which is his own personal nickname for Yuuri.
So, Wolfram's biggest vices are that he is rash, jealous, hotheaded, and proud. His greatest strengths are his magic abilities (unfortunately moot here, as The Island isn't in Shin Makoku! RECON. MOD-APPROVED, WOLFRAM HAS HIS MAJYUTSU AT HIS DISPOSAL AS OF 10/10/2007), his determination, his intelligence, and his absolute devotion to Yuuri and also, in a smaller token, Greta, the daughter he and Yuuri adopt in episode 25.
Wolfram is trained in swordsmanship as well as magic, in one instance disarming (and de-clothing-ing) an entire mob of bandits single-handedly (around episode 15) and in another instance disarming a dual-wielding professional swordsman before the other could take a single swing (around episode 36). Alongside the swordsmanship, he does have soldier training as well, even though he seems to prefer a higher-class, if not pampered, lifestyle as opposed to roughing it on, say, an island in the middle of nowhere. (*snerk*) He is also fairly versed in healing magic as well. He is considered one of the best mages in the kingdom.
What they were doing when they got pulled to the island?: Lessee... Ah, Yuuri travels back and forth between Earth and Shin Makoku through contact with water.
So, as Yuuri returns to Earth, Wolfram stumbles into whatever body of water it is and gets lost in translation, ending up on the island. What water, you ask? Not sure. Maybe they were just on another mission.
Or Yuuri was in the bath and Wolfram was keeping an eye on him to make sure he was taking said bath by himself. Really, in this show, that's probably the most likely answer. :P
A list of things your character might have on them after they got snatched up and put on this island: Unfortunately for Wolfram, probably just his sword and his normal attire.
