how do i beat it

I feel lonely. i have friends. i just still feel lonely. it seems so hard to just get someone to hang out sometimes, but they are my friends. it seems like the whole world is avoiding me. i didnt (or i dont think i did) do anything to anyone recently...but nobody answers their phone and everyone seems too busy with other people to hang out with me. i dont know how to beat loneliness, but i need to learn.
