bluishorange.com is one of the best examples of blogging as an art form. I love the fluidity and simplicity of her writing. She has a direct connection to her humanity - her words flow from deep universal places, and they vibrate with a power that explains why her fans are legion.
Orthogonally, does the livejournal legal statement imply that user content is automatically copyrighted? I think so, but I'm no lawyer, so I might be missing loopholes.
