Idle Conjectures
I was driving home today when I realized that the girl I met last night is either:
1) An Eastern European Jew and thinks I'm Jewish (I was often mistaken for a Jew in Pittsburgh - one cabbie asked me point-blank if my last name is Rubenstein).
2) Latin American and thinks I'm Latin, too.
3) Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, North African, Near Eastern, Middle Eastern, ...
I suspect #2, b/c her accent was not Eastern-bloccish (blockish? blocish?), and her name was too Southernish.
I'll find out next week.
