I've thought about this moment before. So cool to read your imagined take on it. Thank you!

Wow, thank you so much.

Originally when I wanted to write this it was from the Man's perspective when he's looking at the photos, but then after watching the commentary when you said that Helena and Gabrielle thought the eldest was his while you and Aaron didn't I decided on writing it from the Woman's perspective and leaving the Man out of it entirely. I thought it carried on well from her quote about lying as well.

But thank you so much for commenting. I'm really stoked that you liked it. ♥

I did like it! And I agree, it follows well from her line about lying.

I must say, I'd be curious to read that other story from the Man's perspective, too.

Thank you again for writing it.

I haven't seen this movie yet but from this fic it seems like something I really should check out. I can't remark on how true you are to the characters but the storyline is very touching. It feels like I am in her shoes and running over this decision a million times.

Nice work.

You should definitely see it, it's a great movie. I've now seen it three times, once with Director's commentary... and I'm going to watch it again this evening.

Thank you so much for reading it. Love you, Lauren. ♥

Thank you so much. ♥

That's what I love about the film too, you can see it so many different ways and take so many different things from it. It just makes it beautiful to watch again and again.

Thank you very much, I'm glad you liked it. I was looking for fanfic earlier in the year and couldn't find any so I figured I'd write this idea.

There's a second part from the man's perspective as well, if you haven't seen that.

The characters are so brilliant and I love the fact that they don't have names. They could be any man or any woman and you get so caught up in the characters themselves that it doesn't even cross your mind they don't have names until you get to the end and they're just Woman and Man. I think it's brilliant when writers can do that.

Thanks for reading! ♥

The first time I watched it, my Nan was watching while she ironed and she gave a running commentary on her thoughts about adultery. And it really annoyed me and put me off. So since then I've made a point of only watching it alone. And I've watched it a further three times. (Once with commentary) And it never gets old. Because every time you watch it there's something new to pick up on. Something you didn't see or something you didn't hear ( ... )
